Drop Ship Orders
How do I go about placing a drop ship order?
To begin, please place your order through the Ruby Roller Sports B2B the same as you would place a regular order. Make sure to change the shipping information so the order includes the customers shipping address. In the 'Notes' section of your order please state that you are placing a drop ship order.
How does shipping work?
You have the option to either email us your own shipping label at orders@rubyrollersports.com, making sure to include the order number and customer name in your email. Please make sure the return address on your label is your shop, NOT Ruby Roller Sports. When making your own label know that we get regular pick up from UPS and USPS. Any FedEx labels will need to be scheduled on your end for pick-up from our facility (11am - 4pm CST M-F).
The other option is to use our shipping label. If you opt to use our label the cost of shipping will be added to the invoice for the drop ship fee.
How long does an order take to ship?
We do our best to get all drop ship orders placed before 3PM CST (Monday through Friday) out the same day.
What if the wrong skate is sent out by mistake?
If this unfortunate accident occurs, please email us directly at orders@rubyrollersports.com with your customer's order number, shipping and email address. We will send your customer a return label. As soon as we see movement on the return we will send out the new, correct skate.
What if the customer has a sizing issue?
We are here to help you as much as possible! If you have questions regarding sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
If your customer has a sizing issue, that will be the responsibility of the shop that placed the order. Sizing returns and exchanges will need to be returned to the shop that placed the original order NOT Ruby Roller Sports.
As a shop, what if I need to make a return to Ruby Roller Sports?
Please contact us promptly if you need to make a return. Any returns must be made within 30 days of your original order date. Product should be returned in new condition with packaging (where possible) and any accessories included in the original shipment. A standard 10% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Skate boxes must be placed inside of another box for shipping. Damaged or worn items or items returned without all components, will not be accepted.
